to much money for the level of facility and comfort.

the restaurant was in the second floor; we had 3 seniors 85-87-91 and had difficulty navigating the stairs. the pathway from the room to the front is not wheelchair appropriate. Food is not available except breakfast.

there was no toilet paper holder in both rooms; there was a ceiling water leak they were aware of prior but was not fixed and we were not made aware until it started dripping on our luggage. Needing some upgrade.

We traveled during peak, so paid a premium to stay at a 2 star location. Noisy location, old run down buildings, hard bed, basically a place of last resort to stay at. We shortened our stay and go out of El Nido as fast as we could

Location.

Location... near the center of activities but far enough from the noisy bars and loud crowds

Too expensive for an outdated and rundown place. The air conditioner was extremely dirty and moldy (health hazard).

What you need to stay in El Nido

The location is amazing ( close to the main road and where all the action is but far away enough to be able to sleep in absolute silence). The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and ready to help. Hot water and electricity all day.

The location was perfect to access El Nido proper.

I got bit by bed bugs and the staff were a bit chilly. Staff was not that friendly. The Garden View room was not worth the price, especially when you get eaten by bed bugs.

Nice big rooms.

Nice big rooms. Nice balcony with table and chairs to sit and relax on. Beautiful gardens and right on the beach. Really nice location right in town!

Poor wifi connection - wasn’t strong enough to send an email and took 10 mins to send a message. Unhelpful staff. Front counter lady ignored us and once just saw us and said later as she walked off. Tried to double charge us for transfers to the airport and was generally unhelpful and not interested in the job

I loved the view, and the distance to and from town. It's a perfect corner to pick up a ride and get where you want to go.

I feel like the breakfast that is served, could be better organized for what they advertise. If it's expected to open at 7:30, it's probably not the best idea to bring out one chafing dish (out of 5 other empty) of eggs at 8:00 and demand everyone to only take two eggs each. It's a bit comical.

Really lovely last minute stay, comfortable and friendly and little further down the beach :-)

We booked last minute, and the staff where so helpful! Reception and the maids were always at hand! Even the Security guard in the evening was very friendly. It really is value for money, we didn't even know Breakfast was included in the rate and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely little place to put your head down, as you'll be out all day exploring!

The place is basic, but they don't advertise a gold standard. Lally and Abet is a comfortable stay, good breakfast offering and exactly what it says on the tin!
